Delete Account & Data

You can request the deletion of your DidWeFeed account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the app: 1. Open DidWeFeed and go to Settings. 2. Tap on "Data & privacy" and select "Delete account". This will immediately delete your user account, your profile, and all associated personal data from our servers. If you are the owner of a household, it will cascade and clean up relevant resources.

Option 2: Web Request (Email)

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your account, you can submit a deletion request via email: 1. Send an email from your registered DidWeFeed email address to: privacy@didwefeed.app 2. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request". To help us verify your request, please include your email address and/or user ID in the email body. Once verified, we will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

What data is deleted?

Upon account deletion, all data associated with your account is permanently removed from our active database (Supabase), including: • Your email address and sign-in credentials • Your profile name and preferences • Your membership in any household • Pets and care tasks created by you (if they are not shared with other active household members) Any data that is part of a shared household care log will be anonymized or removed to prevent disruption to other household members.
